processes. Employment opportunities require experience in payables,
receivables and general ledger. Experience in property management
accounting systems is very helpful. Prospective members of our staff

Community Manager
Your responsibilities will
include resident relations, P/L for the community, Federal, State
and Local statute / regulation compliance for communities with three
hundred plus residents. Overall resident relations are a priority
for these positions. A comprehensive understanding of maintenance
procedures and supervisory techniques are also required. These positions
are "working manager" positions and require working outside with
your staff. Previous experience with maintenance procedures is a
plus. Use your previous successful experience to excel in our modern
community environment.
